Yep I’m back in Japan now. I’ll be here only for like a month and half though, then I’m heading back to Boston for the school year.
i just used the digital point and shoot camera i got for yasuko. it’s a panasonic lumix fx-01. it has a leica lens on it.
I agree.. it’s hard to appreciate it every day.. especially when it’s the rainy season and soon there will be mosquitos and other loud bugs. But yes also coming up is matsuri and hanabi (woot!) and those are traditional things Ill definitely miss!
I love to travel and I am lucky I can.. but yeah, it’s a lot of work. and terrorism and all is scary too. and I actually hate flying! So it’s emotional… in many ways more than one. Just cant wait to settle now tho.
