.. summer’s got me feelin sluggish ..
sorry all, the summer heat and humidity has left me lazy and lethargic. the only action i’ve been up in are festivals and accumulating yukatas (summer kimono) at an insane rate. i’ve been smitten by the beautiful designs of traditional japanese clothing and have gotten a bit obsessed…. i currently own 4.
anyways…… here are some pictures from the most recent hanabi (fireworks show) from my now-called *city*. yes, we have dumped the old “machi” (town) status and have moved up to being a big bad city. we are bigger and our other half we’ve merged with is pretty bad, there’s nothing there really. nope. nothing. on the other hand, for those of u who actually write me, my address is slightly shorter for ur convenience!

this fireworks show sure beat anything i ever watched at home. these pictures don’t do the show justice, but u kinda get the idea.
